Hello! I’ve been with JWC for nearly two months and I’d just like to say I’ve enjoyed every minute of getting to know the team and of course the loyal members who make JWC a great place to work.

Having been involved with fitness and competitive sport my whole life; I have a good understanding of how the body works. For me, the importance of a solid strength and conditioning programme and a nutritious balanced diet are paramount in moving you towards those results you have always wanted to achieve.

The reason I looked to join JWC was because they have found an excellent balance in ways in which you can achieve these results, and all the coaches truly care that you are getting what you need out of your membership. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, get help with nutrition, workout in a fun and engaged group environment or get specialist 1-2-1 help, JWC offers a variety of classes and personal training packages that can get you there.

So why did I get into Personal Training?

Well, I love being active and being on the move, engaging with people and providing fitness and nutrition knowledge to those looking to improve their health

and performance. All those things considered it gives me a lot of job satisfaction knowing I can make a positive impact in people’s lives, as I see first-hand the benefits the role can have in improving my client’s physical and mental well-being.

We should not view exercise and getting in shape as a punishment. It is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that almost anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, tailoring each session to suit your goals whilst creating a fun, varied and engaging workout that will leave you feeling re-energised!
