How It Works
In order to make changes to our body shape, we must first understand how much energy we are using, and how many calories our body needs to function.
By inputting your data into this Calorie Calculator, our coaches will be able to analyse the information and advise exactly how many calories you should be consuming each day in order to lose fat, build muscle or maintain your current weight.
Everything we do at JWC is coach-led and we know that when it comes to health and fitness, there is no such thing as a quick fix. That's why we personally review your data to ensure that the information that we provide is correct, and that you won't receive any incorrect information through an automated system.
