Personal Training Coach
Multi-site: Sandbach & Holmes Chapel

 

To be considered for this role, you must have a clear and genuine passion for fitness.

 

You must be motivated by the success of others and strive to ensure that every client is made to feel valued whilst enjoying their journey to a healthier, happier life! 

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering tailored personal training sessions

  • Planning and delivering group personal training session to JWC principles

  • Carrying out consultations for potential clients and members

  • Offering nutrition and lifestyle support 

  • Carrying out regular progress reviews and results tracking

 

JWC Health & Fitness offer a unique, low risk, fully employed pay structure, omitting the need for our coaches to be self-employed or pay rent while still offering a competitive earning potential and all of the security and benefits of employment. 

We will assist you in growing and retaining a strong client base by taking care of the marketing and sales element of the role as well as teaching you the processes that we have created to ensure a successful retention rate.
