Combining both personal training and sports massage, Hannah is qualified to assess movement patterns on the gym floor and work on any postural or muscular imbalances that cause incorrect form; using massage techniques to reduce muscular tension and DOMS as well as working with you to increase joint mobility and enhance performance both inside and outside of the gym.

After completing an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy, James went on to complete two master’s degrees in Physiotherapy and Strength and Conditioning, creating broad foundations to his philosophies of assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation back to sport or activity. Over the last 10 years he has been fortunate enough to support many professional athletes from a variety of sports including rugby and football.
Alongside working in elite sport, James has always maintained his commitments to private practice, regularly treating patients with recreational, occupational, and everyday life-stressors leading to injury.
