Returning to exercise after having a baby can feel overwhelming.
Your body has changed, your energy is different, and childcare can make consistency difficult.
Mummies on a Mission is a welcoming, supportive postnatal group designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence and movement safely — while bringing your baby along with you.
Sessions are gentle, guided and focused on meeting you exactly where you are in your recovery journey.
