Mummies on a Mission
Small group fitness sessions aimed at post-natal Mums designed to help you ease back into fitness.
Our 'mummies membership' allows you to take care of your health and fitness needs whilst entertaining baby and socialising with like-minded individuals.

With two 40 minute classes per week, our sessions eradicate the need to find additional childcare, and gentle progressions encourage restructure of the abdominal walls.
