Group Personal Training

Enjoy all the benefits of Personal Training combined with the motivation of a group class with our popular Group Personal Training membership. Our classes are limited to 15 people and run under the watchful eyes of our qualified Personal Trainers, ensuring that you are able to reach your maximum potential whilst maintaining proper form and avoiding injury. We have over 70 classes running from 6am-9pm daily, which are suitable for all fitness and experience levels

1:1 Personal Training

Personal Training is the ideal option for those looking to improve a health condition, rehabilitate an injury, build confidence on the gym floor or train for a specific sport, event or goal - Perfect for anybody who wants to take a more personal approach to their health and fitness.

 

Whether you have been training for 10 years or 10 minutes, our coaches will work closely with you to help you achieve your goals and keep you motivated along the way.

 

With flexible timings and different pricing options available, we can also offer in-depth nutrition advice and guidance, ensuring you are able to make the most out of your training and reach your goals as soon as possible!

Fitness Programmes

Mummies on a Mission

Small group fitness sessions aimed at post-natal Mums designed to help you ease back into fitness.

 

Our 'mummies membership' allows you to take care of your health and fitness needs whilst entertaining baby and socialising with like-minded individuals.

With two 45 minute classes per week, our sessions eradicate the need to find additional childcare, and gentle progressions encourage restructure of the abdominal walls.

HYROX CLASSES, HALF-SIMS AND FULL SIMS

Hyrox is an international fitness race combining running with functional exercises. We offer specialised Hyrox classes alongside half simulations (half sims) and full simulations (full sims) that replicate race conditions, preparing participants for competition day.
