We have coined March 'The Month to Monitor'.


Cast your mind back to the the new year, when resolutions, particularly those related to health and fitness, were fresh in our minds. Now, as we find ourselves several weeks into the year, it's imperative to take stock of our progress.


Without accountability, our goals risk fading into oblivion amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. With nine weeks having passed since January 1st, we stand at a pivotal juncture.


It's a timeframe long enough to witness tangible results from our efforts, yet short enough to make course corrections if needed before the arrival of summer.


Consider this a gentle but firm reminder to schedule your progress review with a JWC coach.
