As summer winds down and the school term kicks off, it’s the perfect time for you to reignite your fitness goals and get back on track! The most important part of your fitness journey is maintaining a routine, but it’s also about continuously challenging yourself and pushing your limits.

 

That's why we use this time of year to encourage all of our wonderful members to book a goal review, an InBody session, and/or some ‘Accelerator PT sessions’.

1. Perfect Timing for Personal Growth

For those with kids back in school, your schedule is finally freeing up, allowing you to focus on YOU. It’s the ideal time to set aside those precious hours for yourself without the feelings of guilt. Remember, taking care of your health is not a luxury—it’s essential!

 

2. Goal Review

A lot can change in a few months. What were your goals at the beginning of the year? How close are you to achieving them? A goal review session with one of our coaches can help you answer these questions and recalibrate. Whether your driver is weight loss, muscle gain, or a generally improved lifestyle, a goal-oriented approach can make all the difference.

 

3. Advanced InBody Analysis

Our InBody machine offers a detailed analysis of your body composition, providing insights into muscle mass, body fat percentage, and other crucial health markers. This data is invaluable as it allows you to tailor your workout and nutrition based on precise information about your body.

 

4. Accelerator PT Sessions

Jumpstart your fitness with our Accelerator PT sessions. These sessions are designed to give you a small block of intensive 1:1 sessions to focus on a specific area of fitness, or to offer the additional accountability to nail your workouts.
