Bringing new life into the world is incredible, but it’s also one of the most physically demanding things your body will ever do. Whether you’ve just welcomed your baby or you’re currently counting down the weeks until you meet them, staying active can make a huge difference to your delivery, physical recovery, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.
Our ‘Mummies on a Mission’ sessions are aimed at those in the first few months postpartum. You’re good to go as soon as you’ve had the go ahead from a medical professional to return to exercise, typically after 6-weeks, and offer a friendly and supportive environment to exercise in a group of like-minded people. Babies are invited too – so ease yourself back into fitness without the barrier of childcare.
Rebuild strength and fitness, improve mobility, and equally as important – socialise and connect with other mums who understand your struggles and the sleepless nights. If you’re currently pregnant, now is the perfect time to start preparing for postpartum recovery.
Coach Sally offers personalised prenatal 1:1 PT sessions tailored to your stage of pregnancy, fitness level, and individual needs. Research consistently shows that women who exercise during pregnancy experience:
Shorter recovery times postpartum
Better mood and energy levels
Reduced aches and pains during pregnancy
A quicker return to pre-pregnancy fitness levels compared to those who remain sedentary
Come and Learn More — Open Day, Sunday 31st August
If you’re curious about how pre and postnatal exercise could help you? Join us for our open day! Coach Sally will be giving a short, practical talk on safe and effective exercise during and after pregnancy.
If you can’t make the open day, don’t worry. You can always drop us a message, and Coach Sally will happily arrange a friendly, informal chat to help you get started.
💪 Your journey to feeling strong, supported, and confident starts here.
