Training week to week, month to month, year to year, and not seeing much physical change?

One of the biggest barriers when it comes to exercise, is people giving up after 3/4 weeks when they don't see any difference. Ever feel like you've trained the hardest you ever have, eaten the cleanest you believe you could of, and still not felt improvement?

It’s time to start monitoring your fitness journey and making sure you have data to use to ensure you are achieving your goals this year. Monitoring your progress is huge part of getting the most out of your fitness experience. As coaches, if we have data, we can use it to find solutions to problems that you may come across during your fitness journey, and rather than giving up at the first hurdle, we can use your tracking data to devise a plan to ensure we achieve good positive results next time round.

March is all about us taking you through all the tools we have to offer at JWC to ensure you get the best and successful fitness experience possible.

We are going to be posting regularly throughout March, about all the different options you have INCLUDED in your membership; how to utilise each service; why you should use each service; when you should use each service; and most importantly finding the correct one’s for you individually to support you in the best way.
