The moment we've all been waiting for... Tickets for our Snowdon Fundraiser are now live!
*Seats on the coach are strictly limited to 53, including staff - if you do not require seats on the coach please do not book a ticket through this link and instead let us know of your intention to make your own way. Due to severely limited parking in the PenY Pass area we strongly suggest that you utilise the coach. If you do hope to drive seperatley please be aware that parking charges apply.
The coach will be leaving from JWC Holmes Chapel on Saturday 13th May at 6:30am sharp. All are welcome to leave their cars in the carpark but please consider lift-sharing, walking or getting dropped off where possible to avoid over-crowding of the shared on-site parking spaces.
We will anticipate arriving at Snowdon shortly after 9am where we'll have a few minutes for toilet breaks and snacks before starting our accent at around 9:30am.
The total hiking time we anticipate being between 4 - 6 hours. Each and every member may walk at their own pace, meeting at the top for photos and picnic before beginning our decent. You'll be expected to bring your own picnic.
*Each and every participant is resposible for their own health & safety. JWC coaches are assisting in the organisation of the transport and timings but are NOT mountain guides. You are taking part in this climb at your own risk.
We will be taking 'The Pyg Track'. We advise that you do your own research to determine your ability.
Ticket Price: Approximatly £25 will cover the cost of the coach. This could differ slightly depending on final numbers. Any difference between the coach price and your £30 ticket will be donated directly to BTG - Mind Matters CIO
Please purchse your ticket using the PayPal option where possible. This allows us to directly distribule the monies to the coach company and BTG without hitting JWC's bank.
Tickets will first be offered only to those who RSVP'd initially. Any remaining tickets will then be offered back out to the community until every seat on the coach is full. Those who RSVP'd have until 28/02/2023 to secure their ticket. As this event is benefitting BTG we must be strict with this to ensure that we do not find ourselves in a fundraising deficit.
Please ensure that a separate ticket is purchased per-seat required.
