Mummies on a Mission - 4-Week Postnatal Fitness Course
This programme is designed with you and baby in mind. It is a gentle course to encourage the restructuring of the abdominal walls following pregnancy, whilst gaining fitness, strength and confidence.

About the event
JWC coach, Heather, knows firsthand how difficult it is getting back in to exercise around family life.All we need is for you to be able to commit to 2, 45-minute sessions per week, over a 4-week period. These are relaxed family friendly sessions and planned around your youngsters being present.
You must be at least 6 weeks postnatal.
Sessions will run every Tuesday & Thursday from 11:30am for a 4 week period beginning Thursday 1st March.
This ticket allows for 8, 45 minute training sessions.
