This is the ideal opportunity for anybody wanting to dip their toe into the world of HYROX by taking ownership of just 25% of the race: 2 x 1km runs and 2 x events.

About the event
A 'HYROX Relay' event is a full HYROX, but split between a team of four. A perfect introduction for those wanting to dip their toe into the world of HYROX.
How the team relay event works: 1) Each participating individual purchases one ticket 2) After registration closes on 10th March all names will be 'put in a hat'
3) Teams will be drawn at random on 1st April: two male names and two female names
4) Once selected, your team will decide which participant takes which two runs/events, in any order On the day 1) Your team will arrive nice and early to cheer on other teams. 15 minutes before your event your team will begin warming up, ready for the first competitor to begin run1/event 1. 2) Following run1/event1 you'll tag in the second competitor to begin theirs.
3) Once all 8 runs/events are complete you'll be given your team's time Spectators We are…
