Hyrox Half Sim - January
Hyrox is an international fitness race combining running with functional exercises. This half sim (50% of everything) replicates race conditions, preparing participants for competition day. It is your chance to experience the feel of a competition, and challenge yourself in a race environment.

About the event
This Half Sim is a race format where participants complete half the required workout of a full Hyrox challenge. Each participant will complete a 500m run, followed by 500m Ski Erg, then 500m run, 25m sled push, 500m run, 25m sled pull, 500m run, 40m burpee broad jumps, 500m run, 500m row, 500m run, 100m farmer carry, 500m run, 50m sandbag lunges, 500m run, finishing with 50 wall balls. This format is designed to challenge both endurance and strength in preparation for race day.
Upon completion of your registration and the closure of event registration, your start time will be allocated. This time will fall between 11:30 and 14:00, based on your estimated completion time.
Choose the option that aligns most closely with your estimated completion time:
Professional (completion time under 30 minutes)
Advanced (completion time under 45 minutes)
Intermediate (completion time under 60 minutes)

This ticket is valid for 1 person to complete JWC Hyrox Half Simulator, you must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your allocated start time to ensure you can complete registration and have adequate time to warm up prior to commencing your race.
