Hyrox is an international fitness race combining running with functional exercises. This full-sim replicates race conditions, preparing participants for competition day. It is your chance to experience the feel of a competition, and challenge yourself in a race environment.

About the event
JWC's sims are run flawlessly in the correct order, with coaches on hand and official timing. We send pairs/pairs of doubles out in waves, separated by enough time to ensure nobody compromises their order of stations.
At JWC we know that 'sim' stands for 'simulation' - not 'similar'! The quality of our sims will not be beaten!
Upon completion of your registration and the closure of event registration, your start time will be allocated. This time will fall between 11:30 and 16:00, based on your estimated completion time.

This ticket is valid for 1 person to complete JWC Hyrox Full Simulator, you must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your allocated start time to ensure you can complete registration and have adequate time to warm up prior to commencing your race.
