About the event

The 4-Week 'Beginner to Winner' is JWC's signature fitness programme, where we take people through a journey of lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness education and implementation. It is aimed at beginners or those who have had a break from exercise and want to begin at a steady pace, in a fully coached environment. 

The programme includes:

  • Initial 1:1 consultation
  • Goal setting & nutrition seminar 
  • 3 x small group sessions per week led by JWC's personal trainers
  • InBody analysis (muscle/fat/visceral fat) at the beginning and end 

Starts September 18th at 8:00pm: Seminar (approx 1-hour)

Followed by training sessions every:

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00am or 7:00pm
  • Saturday at 8:00am
