Beginner to Winner - Evening
Join us at 8pm for our popular 4-week beginners fitness course where you will work in a group of like minded individuals to help you develop healthy habits, increase fitness and improve confidence, beginning at a basic level and progressing gradually with 3 coach-led sessions per week.

About the event
At JWC we understand that gyms are intimidating places. This programme has been developed to ease you into fitness and begin your journey to health.
We have designed this programme to take away the pressures surrounding exercising alone or jumping into a mixed ability group. This programme is an opportunity for you to develop new habits, learn valuable knowledge surrounding exercise and nutrition with an aim to set you up for the long run.
We will cover the principles of nutrition to ensure you're nutrition is complimenting your goals before beginning our 4-weeks training.
The upcoming course begins with a group welcome and goal setting seminar at 8pm on Monday 7th January, ahead of your first class at 8pm on Tuesday 8th January. The course will run for 4 consecutive weeks as per the session dates below:
Tuesday 8th January - 8pm
Thursday 9th January - 8pm
Monday 14th January - 8pm
(and as above for 4 consecutive weeks).
Includes a place on our group goal setting seminar, 3 x training sessions per week, progress tracking, nutrition advice and unlimited coach support
+ 4 Personal Training Sessions
4 x 1:1 Personal Training sessions with one of our qualified and experienced Personal Trainers. Valid for 12 months, these sessions can be used at a time and date that suits you.
+ 4 Nutrition Sessions
Get individual, tailored nutrition advice and plans from our qualified coaches over 4 x 1 hour private nutrition sessions. Valid for 12 months, these sessions can be used at a time and date that suits you.
+ Supplement Bundle
