About the event

Have you ever felt like you're the only person who struggles to keep up a fitness routine, or just simply doesn't like going to the gym alone? 

Well, you're not! In fact, more than 70% of people admit to needing help with their health & fitness. 

That's why we're here. JWC are not simply a gym, we're a team of coaches focused on the sole pursuit of helping people reach their fitness goals. 

Our '6-Week PT Programme' is ideal for those who want maximum accountability and support, with two 1:1 PT sessions per week and an additional Group PT session, you'll be kept on track 100% of the way! 

Sessions run from 6am - 9pm depending on availability, with male and female coaches available. 

You must have made your commitment by 30th April and have started your 6 weeks by 15th May.
