Join us for our popular 4-week fitness programme focused around a simple but effective formula to burn fat fast. This course is a perfect mix of easy to follow nutritional guidance and fat burning exercise led by a qualified coach and surrounded by a group of like-minded individuals.

About the event

JWC's Fat Loss Formula programme is centred around 3 coach led sessions per week and easy to follow nutrition guidance, working closely with our coaches to maximise your results over a 4-week period, in a friendly group of like-minded individuals.

Over the course of the programme, we will work with you to:

  • Plan and adapt your nutrition to your goals and lifestyle
  • Gain knowledge on how to correctly fuel your body
  • Exercise 3 x per week guided by JWC coaches
  • Develop a lasting routine of regular exercise and healthy lifestyle
  • Develop confidence both inside and outside of the gym
  • Achieve fat loss/inch loss, improved fitness and better health

The upcoming course begins with a group welcome and goal setting seminar at 8.15pm on Monday 4th February, ahead of your first class at 8pm on Tuesday 5th February. The course will run for 4 consecutive weeks as per the session dates below:

Monday 4th February - 8:15 pm (one off initial seminar)

Tuesday 5th February - 8pm

Thursday 7th February - 8pm

Saturday 9th February - 11am

(and as above for 4 consecutive weeks).
