Enjoy all the benefits of Personal Training combined with the motivation of a group class with our popular Group Personal Training membership. Our classes are limited to 12 people and run under the watchful eyes of our qualified Personal Trainers, ensuring that you are able to reach your maximum potential whilst maintaining proper form and avoiding injury.

 

Your Group Training membership includes unlimited access to our timetable of group personal training and strength and conditioning classes across both gyms (Sandbach & Holmes Chapel), progress tracking and fitness testing, help with goal setting and much more.

Our Group PT sessions run daily between 6am-8pm and are split into two categories: 

 

 

General Group Training

These sessions are geared up in the best possible way for fat loss and fitness, using a variety of functional training methods and always including an element of high intensity cardio, strength, core and flexibility training. Every single class is different, meaning you will never be bored of doing the same workout over and over again.

Strength & Conditioning

Working on specific muscle groups on a 3-day rotation, our S&C classes are designed to help our members stay strong, lean and mobile. We use a range of free weight equipment as well as cable machines to keep the exercises varied and interesting - but we can't guarantee you'll be able to walk downstairs after leg day!
