‘Mission Impossible’ has been a favorite and a fantastic fundraiser for 7 years — but it’s time for something even more intense…
Introducing: Mission INSANITY!
When is it? 5th October 8am - 6pm
What is it? 10 hours. 10 workouts. 40 minutes on, 20 minutes off, every hour, on the hour.
It’s not for the faint-hearted — but I’d love to see some of our less frequent challengers step up for this one!
