About the Event
Improve your physique in a male dominated environment, led by a qualified personal trainer. In this 4-week course you will learn the training methods and lifestyle habits required to increase your muscle whilst stripping away body fat.

8pm Tuesday 5th June
8pm Thursday 7th June
(and as above for the 4 consecutive weeks.)
Over this 4-week progressive programme you will:
Increase your lean muscle
Shred your unwanted body fat
Increase your strength
Learn and implement a nutrition plan geared towards your goals
Relieve stress and tension
Train within a group of like-minded men
Get more sex!
