About the event
Join us in Sandbach for 4-weeks and become a JWC winner!
This programme includes:
- Initial consultation
- Body composition analysis at the beginning and end of the programme (body fat, muscle mass, water levels)
- Goal setting, mindset & nutrition seminar (Monday 12th September at 8pm)
- 3 x 45 minute group training classes per week: choice of morning (6am), lunchtime (1.15pm) and evening (8pm/7pm Friday) sessions on Monday, Thursday and Friday
- Access to our exclusive online members area with workout videos, mindset coaching, nutrition education and much more!
